1. For all returns call 080-100- 80808 and you will be given a Return Authorization Code. We will courier
you a packing material with the return authorization code, your name and address on the outside area
2. Package your return. We recommend you use the original shipping box including all original certificate
and documents. Note that once the package is sealed, it cannot be opened unless destroy.
3. Once you let us know the item you would like to return is ready. Just call our customer care team and

- Ans. Yes we can arrange a duplicate for you for Rs 500. It will come with copy/duplicate written across the
certificate as a watermark.
